A look back at the Epitech Alumni wine tasting evening - bottles and reunions!

We swapped the lines of code for the aromas of grapes at an oenology evening reserved for our Alumni, in the magnificent and unusual setting of the Musée du Vin in Paris.

And we couldn't have wished for a better atmosphere: a vaulted cellar right in the heart of the capital, well-filled glasses, and above all, a reunion of Epitech alumni just the way we like it!

Among the guests, we were delighted to welcome Raphael Wach, one of the founders of the Epitech Alumni Association (yes, that's right!), as well as Laura Hassan, Epitech's Managing Director, who came to share this moment of conviviality and transmission.

🍇O n the program:

An immersion into the world of wine, led by a passionate sommelier who took us on a journey through the wine-growing regions of France: a crash course in wine by color, by smell, and of course... by taste.

Each wine was a new sensory commit:

For starters, a dry white "refresh".

In the heart, a full-bodied red like a good end-of-year project.

On release, a few fruity notes, almost as sweet as a return 0;

We also learned how to open a bottle like pros (without making it explode).

A visit to the museum gave us the opportunity to discover the history of wine in France, between two sips, and to share our experiences.

And at the heart of the evening: the future of the Epitech Alumni Association.

What's next?We go into action mode.
